A hub for the neighbourhood providing low cost food, clothing, household items and furniture. Come visit and grab a great coffee and snack while you’re here - served with a chat and a smile by our friendly hosts! 

It’s a place for everyone who calls their neighbourhood ‘home’.

Our Marketplace is open Monday to Friday from 8:30am - 4pm offering low cost clothing, furniture and food. 

You can find us at 336 Scrub, Carindale, 4152. There is plenty of parking available on the property. Please see the map below to the Marketplace once you are on the property. 

Free Bread, Milk & Vegetables Available Daily While Stocks Last. Please bring your own bags when shopping at Marketplace. No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind.

Christmas Care

Each year, Community Care gives out over 1200 hampers at Christmas to make the lives of those who are doing it tough just a little bit easier. Starting in October we begin our Christmas Hamper Appeal.

If you or someone you know needs a hamper this Christmas please call (07) 3347 5834 from the 16th October.

We have many community events held in our Society House community building that anyone can join!

• Our Community Garden is a space for like-minded people to connect, grow organic produce and learn new skills. Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, the Community Garden is for everyone.

• The Seniors program is a dynamic, more mature group – excited about life and making a difference. From getaways to weekly gatherings, we make sure our time together is joyful, full of laughter and friendship.

  When: Weekly. 10am Wednesdays.

  Where: Auditorium 2 - Main Church building

• The  Mens Shed is a place for guys to come together to work on different projects such as pen making, woodwork, furniture restoration, steel and welding and much more. It’s also a great place to come to just have a cuppa and chat with the lads.

  When: Open Tuesdays and Thursday from 9am - 12.

  Where: Behind Society House 

• The Red Frog Boardriders crew run a variety of skateboarding sessions at their very own skate bowl - the God Bowl

• Our Youth Society is a faith-based program for all grades High School students on weekends. 

  When: Fridays at 7pm and Sundays at 8.30am & 10.15am  (Grade 7 - 10) during school term. 

  Where: Society House

• Our Creative Academy has creative arts classes such as dancing, singing, drama and instrumental tuition.

  When: Variety of times and days

  Cost: Varied. Some scholarships are available.
